Gender and Employment in the UK

“Have we got facts? IE evidence I would love to see the percentages, their is a lot of skilled women out there…..and my wife worked from the bottom to the top so equality I think so,and work performance related, also there’s a lot of skilled women out there!!” I only believe in concrete evidence, and until you give me that I will not believe in hear say….and I’m not a sexist.”

This was a brief answer to a comment from someone saying there was no gender gap in the UK. I think it’s important to provide links showing this isn’t actually the case. Perhaps someone will read it and understand a bit more.
